Go Green Get Rewards is a volunteer rewards program that allows users to accumulate volunteer points then redeem the points for reward products online.

Go Green Get Rewards acts as the online points exchange between user, product vendor and non-profit. Go Green Get Rewards also acts as the web administrator helping to facilitate transactions and resolve user-encountered problems. Go Green Get Rewards is under no obligation to provide Members with any particular number of point-earning opportunities or send messages to them. GoGreenGetRewards.com reserves the right to limit points at any time.
Go Green Get Rewards is not directly involved in the redeeming of reward points for registered users. Therefore questions about redeemed reward products must be sent directly to the product vendor or non -profit. Vendors must provide proof of environmental certification before listing products on the Go Green Get Rewards website. In addition to the listing of redeemable purchased products, Go Green Get Rewards also allows for vendors to list sellable products. Go Green Get Rewards has no control over the quality, safety, morality or legality of any aspect of the items listed the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. Go Green Get Rewards does not pre-screen users or the content or information provided by users. Go Green Get Rewards cannot ensure that a user or seller will actually complete a transaction. Consequently, Go Green Get Rewards does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer. Go Green Get Rewards cannot guarantee the true identity, age, or nationality of a user. Members and Product Partners can communicate directly through the tools available on the Site.

You agree that Go Green Get Rewards is not responsible or liable for any content; for example: data, text, information, usernames, graphics, images, photographs, profiles, audio, video, items, and links posted by you, other users, or outside parties on Go Green Get Rewards. By enrolling and/or using the Go Green Get Rewards Program you agree that you have read and understand the terms of use described in this agreement and that your membership in Go Green Get Rewards shall adhere to its terms and conditions.

Age: Go Green Get Rewards services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who are 18 years and older who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Individuals under the age of 18 can use this service only in conjunction with and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. In this case, the adult is the user and is responsible for any and all activities.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. In addition, you must abide by Go Green Get Rewards policies as stated in the Agreement and these Go Green Get Rewards policy documents.

Password: Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify Go Green Get Rewards of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that Go Green Get Rewards cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure.

Account Information: You must keep your account information up-to-date and accurate at all times, including a valid email address. To sell items on Go Green Get Rewards, you must have a valid credit card on file with Go Green Get Rewards at all times.

Account Transfer: You may not transfer or sell your Go Green Get Rewards account and User ID to another party. If you are registering as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to bind the entity to this Agreement. Points and /or rewards may not be bartered or sold.

GoGreenGetRewards.com makes no warranty with regard to any products, services or rewards obtained by member through non-profits, through GoGreenGetRewards.com or though advertisers or product partners. We do not guarantee that GoGreenGetRewards.com will meet member requirements; or that GoGreenGetRewards.com will be uninterrupted or error free. GoGreenGetRewards.com does not make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained form the use of Go Green or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained on GoGreenGetRewards.com.

Go Green Get Rewards and all services offered therein are provided on a strictly "as is" and "as available" basis.

GoGreenGetRewards.com is not responsible for damages or losses that result from participating or inability to participate in Go Green Get Rewards, or reliance on or use of information, services, or merchandise provided by product partners or advertisers.

Member acknowledges and agrees that GoGreenGetRewards.com neither endorses the contents of advertisements or third parties' Web sites, nor assumes responsibility or liability for the accuracy of material contained therein, or any infringement of third party intellectual property rights arising there-from, or any fraud or other crime facilitated thereby.

GoGreenGetRewards.com is not responsible and assumes no liability for changes or discontinuances of service from providers, which may affect offers or the accrual of points.

In no event shall GoGreenGetRewards.com's liability, either jointly or severally, exceed $100.

Participation in Promotions of Advertisers and Merchants

Member's correspondence with or participation in promotions of GoGreens Get Rewards advertisers and partners are solely between corresponding Member and the advertiser or partner.

GoGreenGetRewards.com assumes no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence or promotion, including without limitation withdrawal or modification of any offer or promotion.

Member understands that, in some cases, there may be delay in the crediting of Points for promotions of advertisers or partners due to advertisers' or partners' failure to provide necessary information to GoGreenGetRewards.com for such crediting of Points. GoGreenGetRewards.com will not be responsible or liable for the delay or failure to credit Points in such event.

Right to Refuse Service: Go Green Get Rewards services are not available to temporarily or indefinitely suspended Go Green Get Rewards members. Go Green Get Rewards reserves the right, in Go Green Get Rewards sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. Go Green Get Rewards reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Termination of Member's membership by Member is effective upon Member submitting a termination request

Member acknowledges that Go Green Get Rewards content (including but not limited to text, sound, photographs, graphics, or other material contained in any Go Green Get Rewards communication, advertisements, or messages, whether by GoGreenGetRewards.com or GoGreenGetRewards.com's advertisers or partners), service and software are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and/or other proprietary rights and laws; therefore, Member is only permitted to use content, service, or software as expressly authorized by GoGreenGetRewards.com, its advertisers and partners, as the case may be.

All notices given by GoGreenGetRewards.com to Member will be given by email, regular mail or by general posting on the Go Green Get Rewards Web site.

Member agrees to indemnify and hold GoGreenGetRewards.com, its affiliates, officers, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, expense, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees relating to use of GoGreenGetRewards.com or violation of this Agreement.

Member and GoGreenGetRewards.com agree that, any provision of applicable law notwithstanding, neither party will request, and the arbitrators shall have no authority to award, punitive or exemplary damages against the other party.

This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive understanding between GoGreenGetRewards.com and Member relating to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, communications, and/or advertising with respect to such subject matter.

If any provision(s) of this Agreement is held by the arbitrators to be contrary to law, then such provision(s) shall be construed, as nearly as possible, to reflect the intentions of the parties with the other provisions remaining in full force and effect.

GoGreenGetRewards.com failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by GoGreenGetRewards.com in writing.

The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as credit card number) for registration GoGreenGetReward.com encrypts that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Go Green Get Rewards follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once Go Green Get Rewards receives it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while Go Green Get Rewards strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

GoGreenGetRewards.com will not sell or disclose your personal information (as defined in the Privacy Policy) to third parties without your explicit consent.
